We are delighted to announce the return of the Cambridge United Foundation Golf Day for 2026, hosted by club partner, Girton Golf Club on Wednesday, September 30th.
The format of the day will be a Texas Scramble with a shotgun start, there will also be nearest the pin, longest drive and other challenges around the course, with prizes to be won…
Breakfast will be provided before the golf starts, in addition to a two course post-round carvery and silent auction.
Participants will have the chance to meet Cambridge United heroes past and present, during the round and at the post-round meal and auction.
The full itinerary of the day is as follows:
8:30AM – Registration opens
9:00AM – Breakfast served
10:30AM – Shotgun start
3:30PM – Approximate end of play
5:00PM – Post-round carvery, auction and prizes
9:30PM – Last orders at the bar
Entry is £500 per team (maximum four guests), places can be booked here.
Outside of food and drink provided on the day, Girton Golf Club will also have refreshments for golfers to purchase at an additional cost from the bar, club shop or halfway house.
If golfers would like a buggy for their group, these can be requested ahead of time at an extra cost. Buggy numbers are limited and will be on a first come, first served basis.
