PSA testing returns after successful pilot

09/06/26, 11:00

After a successful PSA testing pilot in October, we are once again running free PSA testing at the Cledara Abbey Stadium.

The October pilot coincided with the first day of the Prostate United challenge, and was a huge success with all slots fully booked and 116 people attending.

Following this event, Cambridge United Foundation has secured funding from NHS Central East Integrated Care Board, to deliver PSA blood tests in partnership with MyPSA.

The PSA tests will take place at the Cledara Abbey Stadium on Wednesday July 15th and will run between 1:00PM and 5:30PM.

Those interested will need to be between 40 and 80 years of age to be eligible for a test.

The PSA test can help diagnose possible prostate problems, including prostate cancer, and can indicate if you should consult your GP.
