We are delighted to announce we have signed up as a signatory of the Care Leaver Covenant.
The Care Leaver Covenant work with more than 600 organisations across the UK, and was established in 2018 as part of the Government’s ‘Keep on Caring’ policy.
The Covenant aims to connect young people leaving care with opportunities in education, work, wellbeing, money and their home.
Organisations such as Cambridge United Foundation join the network by making ‘offers’ to support care leavers aged 16-25 with their next steps following leaving care.
Find out more about the Care Leaver Covenant on their website.
Our page on the Care Leaver Covenant covers the programmes and opportunities we offer to young people including Mentoring, Premier League Kicks, Volunteering & Progression and our Training Ground Employability programme.
